Pre-fabricated Equipment

Watch out for equipment already assembled!

In the case that you receive equipment already assembled and/or already fabricated, please take the time to dissasemble the items, insure the quality and re-assemble items to company standards. Here are some examples. This is in an effort to secure our hours and we need everyones cooperation. If you come across other situations, please make sure to report findings to your B.A. so members can be informed. Thank you for your continue obligation, let's remain Union Strong!

Here are the plans on running oil line on an MRL.

The factory sends our pre-fabricated bends, such as 45 and 90 degrees.

This is an example of re-assembling equipment to satisfy union and company standards.

Here wire harness are already assembled in flex, fittings and ends connected.

Cartop harness can be dis-assembled, inspected for quality, and installed to fit the units specs.
